It's been a while since I have been posting. You have probably seen my research under other names...
Emergency Injunction Filed - theft of over 300 million gallons of water out of Byron Township.
On 8/8/2025 I filed an Emergency Injunction against Byron Township. If this doesn't get acted upon immediately...up the chain we go to get accountability.
The amount of violations that have occurred in Byron Township is symptomatic of the takeover of land, resources and water across, not only Michigan, but across the country. Since starting to make videos about this issue locally...phone calls have come in to me from across the state begging for help as they State and Townships are on the same playbook all over.
Questions: Why do we need municipal water when they just drained over 300 million gallons of ground water (dumped it down the drain without a permit to dewater) in a very small area...but a significant area in Byron Township? There is a ton of water in the area, most of the area is on well and septic. That worked great but for them to profit off of the land and area by over development (34% increase in growth - one of the highest rates in West Michigan) they had to pack houses into developments...thereby requiring sewer.
Information of interest: The area of the wetlands impacted use to cover 4500 acres of land. Due to development and draining the land over time...it has been whittled down over time to 680. With the current sewer expansion project... unbelievable environmental violations ...and permits saying it would only disturb 1.6 acres a much greater area was impacted by them draining the area and is the kill shot to the area and enables development of protected areas. Think about this...they drained STOLE 300 million gallons of our private property rights. Water is not only a human right but it is protected by the Constitution. Violations of the Constitution equal treason. Violations of Human Rights equal crimes against humanity.
The kicker to this is that the fact that they lowered the water table and ruined my well...as evidenced by a well drilling companies report.
Developer interests over the citizens of the township
Every concern and argument of the citizens has been blown off. That was made totally clear by Supervisor Don Tillema addressing a group of concerned citizens who saw what they were doing to destroy our private property rights and the theft of our water. Don Tillema addressed the crowd after the concerns were brought up and said...
"This Project is going through... and YOU PEOPLE can't stop it."
Not only does this violate fundamental Constitutional law it is a violation of the oath of office. Of course, Don Tillema violated New York Times V. Sullivan, when choosing to call the Sheriff to remove my First Amendment Rights and duty under the Constitution to instruct the board that they were breaking the law.
Example from a previous meeting: I brought up that they should have the developers put up a $10 million bond to pay for the infrastructure costs at a township meeting along with over residents who expressed their concern. They township board blew everyone off and rubber stamped in favor of the developer. Their only job is to REPRESENT the citizens of Byron Township, not protect the interest of corporate developers. (Where do they get their money...)(More importantly...where do the developers get their money and who holds the dept of their aggressive plan to subvert the citizens????) Pretty sure I know the answer to that and I will be laying this out over time ... to give everyone a chance to digest this.
They are taking the mineral rights under our properties (effecting our natural wells) and selling the water back to us at an outrageous cost.
They are taking land and commandeering resources, they using it for personal gain for their little club members.
My warning shot across the bow to anyone who attempts to shut up the truth tellers of the world, who are not in the pay of the corrupt politicians and the corrupt professional ruling class...

In regards to ANY attempt to disarm Americans, whether it be through unconstitutional laws, mandates, back room deals ... strong arm tactics, or UN treaties... We the people will not obey any illegal assault on our God given rights which is and guaranteed by the Constitution!!! Our Founding Fathers warned us about you, and wrote the 2nd Amendment with YOU in mind. We will not tolerate the grooming, assault and abuse of our children. Children are a gift of God, and we will defend the right's and the duty of parents to raise their children. We will defend those without a voice and stand strong in unity against anyone who is a traitor to this nation and our people. We stand together, in unity, one nation out of many...one nation under God. And just so we are clear...as much as you would like us to think otherwise, the 2nd Amendment was written for a single purpose...to defend our freedom from tyrants in power.

I have continued to research and compile information and will start posting periodically. Categorizing info takes time. We are taking back Michigan from those who are committed to destroy this state, our children, and this great nation.
The theft going on at all levels of government and the corporate assault on America is shocking to say the least.
In Byron Township, both elected and unelected officials, appear to have committed high crimes in conjunction with Michigan oversite and regulatory agencies, contractors, engineers. They have illegally drained over 300 Million gallons of water out of the ground and it's a coordinated effort orchestrated by globalist interests.
I will try to connect the dots for everyone to explain how this works. This has been going on for decades...the theft of our land and natural resources.
